Smart-Media
Already built. Yours to keep, free.

Your website
is already made

We built it from what's already out there about you: your own photos, your words, your prices. Have a look. It's yours, it's free, and it stays free.
You pay for two things only: your own domain name, and changing anything just by telling us.

Why this exists

Thirty seconds,
on somebody's phone

That's how long a person spends deciding where to eat tonight, or who to call about the car. You already do the hard part well. This is about those thirty seconds.

What they're looking for

  • › Are you open tonight, and until when
  • › What you do, and what it costs
  • › What it looks like inside
  • › A number they can tap, right now
  • › Where to park, how to get there

What your page gives them

  • ✓ All of it, on one screen, built for the phone
  • ✓ Call, WhatsApp and directions in one tap
  • ✓ Your own photos, not stock pictures
  • ✓ Loads in under two seconds, anywhere
  • ✓ Yours. Your domain, your files, no lock-in
Who this is for

People who are already
good at their job

You don't need a website to prove you're good. You need one so the person holding a phone two streets away can find out.

How it works

Five days.
Four steps.

You send us what you have and we get on with it. There's nothing to prepare and nobody to meet.

Ten minutes of your time

What you do, where you are, and your photos if you have any. One short form, no meeting, no brief to write.

Day 1

Your site gets built

The real one, not a mockup: your photos, your words, your prices, all in place. Still nothing to pay.

Days 2–4

You open it on your phone

We send a link. If it isn't right, you say so and walk away, and you've paid nothing.

Day 4

Customers start finding you

Your domain, your site, live and searchable. Anything you want changed in the first month is free.

Day 5
Who does the work

One person answers you.
Always the same one.

Write at nine at night and you get an answer, not a ticket number. Four people behind your site, one name in your inbox.

Gloria, project director Gloria
Director

Takes your brief, runs the build, answers your emails. Nothing ships without her.

Nora, designer Nora
Design

Colour, type and layout, so your page looks like your business and not a template.

Vera, copywriter Vera
Words

Writes every line, in your language, so it sounds like a person and not a brochure.

Argo, developer Argo
Build

Makes it fast, secure and findable. Two-second loads on a phone, on any network.

Ask for a change on Tuesday and it's done on Tuesday. That's the part most people tell us they didn't expect. Not the price, the answering.
Pricing

The site is free.
You pay for us being there.

Anyone can build you a site and disappear. What a business actually needs is someone who changes it, a price or a dish or a new listing, the same day, without a quote and without learning any software.

Free — and it stays free

Your page is already built. Keep it as long as you like: no card, no account, nothing to cancel. It lives on our address — smart-media.online/your-business-name — which is long, but works everywhere a link can be clicked.

Tell us what's wrong with it and we fix it, once, so the page is right. After that it stays as it is — and the day you want to change something, that's when a plan starts making sense.

Same number in dollars and euros. If you stop paying, the site goes offline. You're paying for a service, not buying a file, and we'd rather say it here than in the small print.

Not sure which one? Write to us first, and we answer the same day.

Questions

The things
everyone asks

What happens if I don't like it?

You say so, and that's the end of it. Nothing to pay, no invoice, no follow-up. You'll have the finished site in front of you before any money changes hands.

What if I want to stop?

On the monthly plan you stop whenever you want. Tell us and the next payment doesn't happen. On the yearly and two-year plans you've paid the period, so it runs to the end and then stops. When you stop paying, the site goes offline: you're paying for a service, not buying a file. We'd rather say it here than in the small print. The files we built for you are yours, and we hand them over.

What counts as an "unlimited change"?

Anything that already exists on your site: a text, a price, an opening time, a photo, a dish, a room, a listing, a new project. That's unlimited and it's done the same day. A page that doesn't exist yet, an extra language or an online shop is new work. We quote it, and it costs little because the site is already ours to work on.

Who owns the domain?

You do, always. If you already have one we use it and it stays in your name; if you don't, we buy it for you in your name. The domain is yours whatever happens between us. It's the site that lives on our service.

I already use TheFork / Booksy. Do I lose it?

No, and you don't have to change how you work. Whatever you already use for bookings, appointments or orders, from TheFork and Restoo to, Cover Manager, Booksy, Fresha, a hotel booking engine, goes inside the new site and keeps working exactly as it does today, with the same account and the same reservations. Tell us which one and we fit it in; it counts as a change, so it costs nothing.

What if I don't have any photos?

We start with what exists: your Google listing, your social accounts, your menu. If a real photographer is worth it we'll tell you honestly, but that's your supplier and your budget, not ours.

Can you write it in my language?

English, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese and French. Up to three languages are included in every monthly plan, and most businesses want their own plus English.

How do I pay?

By card or PayPal account, through PayPal, our payment provider. You get a proper invoice from us, and we never see your card number.

See yours before
you spend anything.

Start with four questions, one minute. Then a few more about your business, so the site is actually yours: you can stop halfway and pick it up later.

Next you'll see the questions that make the site actually yours. No card, no phone call.
Your details are only used to build and send the draft. how we handle them.
